Privacy Policy

TheAdsConnect ("we", "us") is a full-service advertising agency that plans, launches, and manages advertising campaigns for our clients across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. This policy explains what we access, how we use it, and how to delete it.

What we access

You connect each platform yourself using that platform's official authorization flow. We receive a scoped access token — never your password. The permissions we request are limited to managing the campaigns we run for you:

• Meta: ads_management, ads_read, and business_management — to list ad accounts and Pages, create and manage ads, and read performance.
• Google Ads: the Google Ads API scope (adwords) — to manage and report on the Google Ads campaigns you authorize.
• TikTok: the TikTok Marketing API ad-account scopes — to manage and report on the TikTok ad accounts you authorize.

How we use it

We use these tokens only to manage the campaigns you engage us to run — listing accounts, creating ads (always paused), editing budgets, pausing/resuming, and reading performance for reporting. We do not use platform data for any purpose other than providing our service to you, and we never sell it.

Google user data — Limited Use

TheAdsConnect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising unrelated to your campaigns, and do not allow humans to read it except where required for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.

What we store

• Your scoped access tokens for each connected platform, encrypted at rest, used only to manage your campaigns.
• Basic connection info (your platform user/account identifiers and names) to identify your accounts.
• Campaign records and performance snapshots for the campaigns we run, so we can report to you.
• Your account email and billing identifiers (payments are processed by Stripe; card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run our service (hosting and billing). Each platform receives only the requests required to manage your campaigns.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your tokens and connection records until you disconnect the platform or close your account, at which point they are removed. You can request full deletion at any time — see Data deletion — and we complete it within 30 days.

Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to manage your campaigns. We never share your credentials and request only the access required for the work you engage us to do.

Revoking access

You can revoke TheAdsConnect's access at any time from the platform directly: Meta → Settings → Business Integrations; Google → Google Account → Security → Third-party access (and the access settings in your Google Ads account); TikTok → Business Center → authorized partners/apps. You can also disconnect any platform from your TheAdsConnect dashboard.
