TheAdsConnect is a full-service advertising agency that plans, launches, and manages advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok on behalf of its clients. We act as your advertising agency; we are not an ad network and do not resell advertising inventory or take custody of your ad budget.
You connect your own ad accounts and remain their owner and controller. You are responsible for the products and claims you advertise and for ensuring your campaigns comply with each platform's advertising policies — Meta's Advertising Standards, Google's Ads policies, and TikTok's Advertising Policies — and with applicable law.
Advertising spend is billed by each platform directly to the payment method on your own ad account. TheAdsConnect charges only its subscription plan fee plus the agency management fee agreed in your engagement. We never take custody of, hold, or resell your ad budget.
Your use of each platform through TheAdsConnect is also governed by that platform's terms, and you authorize us to manage your campaigns on your behalf. We operate in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, the Google Ads API Terms and API Services User Data Policy, and TikTok's developer and Marketing API terms.
Campaigns and ads we set up are created paused; spend begins only when a campaign is activated with your approval. You can pause, adjust budgets, or stop any campaign at any time.
The service is provided "as is". Ad delivery and results depend on the platforms and are not guaranteed. TheAdsConnect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, or TikTok.
Don't engage us to run advertising that violates any platform's policies or applicable law, or for accounts you are not authorized to advertise on.
